We have monitored the system over the last 12 hours and can confirm that normal service has resumed so we will be closing this report. Thank you once again for your patience and understanding.
We have made an update which has addressed the delays and we have increased the processing capacity to clear the backlog as quickly as possible. Based on the current rate of progress, we expect that all outstanding interviews should be processed and available within the next few hours. You can expect any integration to update as processing completes. We thank you for your patience.
We are continuing to work on resolving the delays in media processing and thank you for your continued patience. Please rest assured that we are treating this as an absolute priority and interviews will continue to process, albeit with a delay in comparison to usual service times.
We are currently experiencing degraded performance with the processing of submitted interviews. Integrated systems users will notice a delay in results being returned as a result of video processing delays. Our engineering team is working on identifying the cause of the delays and treating it. Candidates remain unaffected by this and are able to complete interviews without interruption. We will keep you all posted with any notable progress.
We are making some important security updates to all production environments. Service interruption should be negligible if at all noticeable during the maintenance window.
