    We have released a patch for all interviews and the issue is now resolved. Google Chrome released a significant change in Version 92 which impacted many video software providers around the world. Google is rolling back the change on August 3rd in response to the issues experienced by users to upgraded to Version 92. We have gone ahead and resolved the issue ourselves and we are satisfied that all interviews can now be completed successfully on the latest version of Google Chrome (92.0.4515.107) Thanks for your patience!

    We have narrowed the issue down to impact only a select number of users completing interviews on a specific version of Google Chrome with macOS operating system running. The engineering team are currently testing a patch to fix the problem. If you are one of the affected users please switch to Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge or use an Apple or Android smartphone in the meantime. We plan to release the patch shortly :)
