As we are not a Crowdstrike user, we remained unaffected by this outage. Regardless, we recognised that any number of vendors or subprocessors of Willo may have been impacted by this incident which could have resulted in an impact to Willo's service. As a result of the incident now being addressed, we are comfortable that any risk has been addressed and we are now closing this incident.

Details of the organisations affected can be seen here: https://downdetector.co.uk/ As it stands, the Willo service remains unaffected, however we will continue to monitor and test the system to ensure that service is maintained.
