We have made an update which has addressed the delays and we have increased the processing capacity to clear the backlog as quickly as possible. Based on the current rate of progress, we expect that all outstanding interviews should be processed and available within the next few hours. We are continuing to work on resolving the delays in media processing and thank you for your continued patience. Please rest assured that we are treating this as an absolute priority and interviews will continue to process, albeit with a delay in comparison to usual service times.

The incident has been resolved

As we are not a Crowdstrike user, we remained unaffected by this outage. Regardless, we recognised that any number of vendors or subprocessors of Willo may have been impacted by this incident which could have resulted in an impact to Willo's service. As a result of the incident now being addressed, we are comfortable that any risk has been addressed and we are now closing this incident.
