The incident has been resolved
As a result of the most recent Cloudflare update, we are now marking this incident as resolved. Thank you for your patience. Update - Cloudflare services are currently operating normally. We are no longer observing elevated errors or latency across the network. Our engineering teams continue to closely monitor the platform and perform a deeper investigation into the earlier disruption, but no configuration changes are being made at this time. At this point, it is considered safe to re-enable any Cloudflare services that were temporarily disabled during the incident. We will provide a final update once our investigation is complete. Cloudflare have issued the following update: Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we believe the incident is now resolved. We are continuing to monitor for errors to ensure all services are back to normal. Nov 18, 2025 - 14:42 UTC We will keep the incident open until it is formally closed by Cloudflare.
Cloudflare have reported that services are recovering and we are observing improved system availability in certain regions.

We are currently experiencing an outage and we have identified the root cause of the problem with Cloudflare. Our engineering team is currently monitoring the situation and working to restore system availability. Cloudflare are currently posting updates on the status of their investigation here which directly impacts the Willo service: https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
Some of our systems may experience downtime during this short maintenance window. Note that we schedule these maintenance windows at times which are likely to have minimal impact. Thank you for your patience.
